1. Current Status:
- Conforms to the Taiwan government to stipulate each environmental protection Laborer safety and health / human rights.
- Program for staff health care.
- Work environment improving, create comfortable environment for the workers.
- Impelled 5S activity to carry out best working conditions.
2. In short-term planning:
- HYC plans to obtain the ISO14001/OHSAS 18001 Management System Certificate.
3. In long-term planning:
- HYC plans to develop the resources recycling technology in order to provide high quality in working and living conditions
4. Social contribution:
- Year 1999 & 2000 – HYC stopped some activities, and provided the financial assistance for 921 earthquakes sufferers.
- From year 2002 – HYC provided the scholarship to some impoverished children who studied in the primary school to university.
- Year 2004 - HYC provided financial assistance for impoverished family and donated the school nutrition lunch.
- Year 2005 – Relief activities for South Asia Tsunami.
- HYC will continue to participate in every relief activity every year
